What do Kobe Bryant’s coach, the Terminator, and the greatest surfer of all time have in common?

They all shared the stage at Expert XP 2025, the world’s largest investment festival.

For the second year in a row, I had the privilege of contributing to this massive project, working across multiple fronts: from scripting the festival’s opening show to creating questions for the panels. From conceptualizing the Brazil Advisor Awards from scratch — concept, videos, and storytelling — to covering the recognition of XP’s Best Advisor and Best Office. From real-time coverage on Instagram @xp_b2b to producing a live mural painted throughout the three days with the event’s most powerful quotes and messages.

Content is my craft — whether in the form of a script, concept, storytelling, post, video, carousel, or stage production. And when content connects, inspires, and creates value, there’s no better feeling.

It was an intense, challenging, and creative journey. And it was all worth it.

Multiscreen Video Storytelling

At the heart of the main plenary, I scripted and developed impactful 5-screen video experiences designed to amplify key moments of the event:

  • Opening video for the board of directors: a powerful multiscreen sequence combining speeches, visuals, and storytelling to set the tone for the festival, reinforcing XP’s vision and strategy.

  • Top 50 travel destination reveal: a high-energy, cinematic video announcing Tokyo as the exclusive destination for XP’s Top 50 performers, blending excitement, recognition, and aspiration.

These productions demanded a balance between emotional impact and strategic clarity, ensuring that the narrative resonated with thousands of participants in the plenary hall.

From concept to Live Experience – Lettering Mural

At Expert XP 2025, one of the most rewarding moments was seeing a simple idea I had come to life. I collaborated with a lettering artist to create a live mural that evolved throughout the three-day festival.

As events unfolded, I briefed the artist in real time, selecting which quotes, phrases, and key messages from panels, speeches, and discussions should be included. This dynamic process allowed the mural to grow organically, reflecting the energy, insights, and highlights of the festival as they happened. The activation also featured a photographer capturing Polaroids, so participants could take home a personal memory of the mural.

This project transformed static content into a living, visual storytelling experience, engaging participants and turning key messages into a tangible, memorable piece of art.
